Method

  3. Stir in red chili powder, garam masala, and coriander powder.
  4. Add curd, mix well, then add washed rice and water.

Method

  1. Boil chicken with whole spices in 2½ cups of water to make yakhni (broth).

  4. Add boiled chicken, curd, and washed rice.
  5. Pour in the yakhni, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve flavorful yakhni pulao.

5. Coconut Milk Chicken Pulao

• chicken (250g)

• coconut milk (1 cup)

• water (1 cup)

• onion

• green chilies

• ginger-garlic paste

• whole spices

• turmeric

• salt

• ghee/oil.

Method
