Ingredients

Cornflour – 2 tbsp

All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 tbsp

Salt & pepper – to taste

Oil – for frying
For Gravy (optional)

Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
-
Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)
-
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
-
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
-
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
-
Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp
-
Cornflour slurry – 1 tsp cornflour + 3 tbsp water
-
Spring onion – for garnish
Instructions
Make a soft dough by combining the vegetables, salt, cornflour, and maida. Shape into small balls.

Deep or shallow fry until golden. Keep aside.

For gravy, heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, chili. Sauté for 1 min.

Add sauces and stir.

Add ½ cup water, bring to boil, then add cornflour slurry. Simmer till thick.

Add balls, mix well. Garnish with spring onions.

Salt & pepper – to taste

Oil – for frying
For Sauce

Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)

Green chili – 1

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 1½ tbsp

Chili sauce – 1 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp
-
Cornflour slurry – 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water

Spring onion – for garnish
Instructions

Mix chicken with flours, egg, salt, pepper, and deep fry until crispy. Set aside.

Sauté the garlic and green chili in oil in a different pan.

Add sauces and vinegar, mix well.

Pour cornflour slurry and cook till slightly thick.

Add fried chicken and toss to coat. Garnish with spring onion.
