Instructions

  1. Wash and clean chicken. Marinate with curd, ginger, chili paste, turmeric, and salt for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

  3. Add marinated chicken with marinade. Cook on low heat until oil separates.

  4. Add coriander powder and a little water to make gravy.

  5. Cook covered for 15–20 minutes or until chicken is soft.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and simmer for an additional two minutes before adding garam masala.
