Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions

Steam cauliflower florets for 6–8 minutes until tender.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until golden.
Toss steamed cauliflower with garlic oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
