1. Steamed Cauliflower with Lemon and Garlic



Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower florets for 6–8 minutes until tender.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until golden.

  3. Toss steamed cauliflower with garlic oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley.


2. Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry



Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (riced)

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, corn)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil

  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower rice for 3–4 minutes.

  2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté ginger and mixed veggies.

  3. Add steamed cauliflower rice and soy sauce; stir fry for 2–3 mins.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.


3. Steamed Cauliflower with Coconut and Mustard



Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower (florets)

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 2 green chilies (slit)

  • Curry leaves

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower until just tender.

  2. Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.

  3. Add grated coconut and sauté 1 min.

  4. Mix in steamed cauliflower and cook 2 mins more. Season with salt.


4. Cauliflower & Chickpea Steam Bowl



Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower for 7 minutes.

  2. Mix chickpeas with oil, spices, salt, and pepper.

  3. Combine cauliflower and chickpeas in a bowl, drizzle lemon juice.


5. Steamed Cauliflower with Yogurt Herb Dip



Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or mint (chopped)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower for 6–8 mins.

  2. Mix yogurt with herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
